A Mom's Day Journey: Sipping Tea and Savoring History

Celebrate Moms Weekend by taking a tour of the African American Heritage Trail in Champaign-Urbana and hear impactful stories of African Americans who directly shaped our local and university community. After the tour, participants are invited to enjoy refreshments and conversation at BNAACC.  This event is free but registration is encouraged to secure your space on the tour. To wrap up the experience, guests are welcome to sample local cuisine and the UI Black Chorus Concert at the Krannert Center for Performing Arts at 7:30 p.m. Please register each person separately.
