Dads Weekend is October 31 to November 2, and the Illini Dads Association has several great events for parents to experience with their students!

Dads Weekend isn't just for Dads -- all parents and family members are invited. All proceeds from the Illini Dads events go to university students and clubs through scholarships and grants. Don't wait, purchase your tickets before they sell out. We also have several early bird options.

Here's the lineup of events. Tickets are required for each of the following events. 

Friday, October 31

• Dad's Night Out: Join us at Joe's Brewery on the University of Illinois for an evening filled with fun, laughter, and fantastic band from 6 to 8:00 p.m. 
• Hockey Game vs. Rutgers: Celebrate Halloween at the Ice Arena for a special Dads Weekend hockey showdown! Game starts at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 1

• Dads Weekend Football Tailgate: Don't miss the ultimate tailgate experience in Grange Grove, where you can enjoy food and beverages only a few steps away from the stadium, the Marching Illini and surrounding action. Time TBA. SOLD OUT
• Football Game vs. Rutgers: Fighting Illini Football take on Rutgers at Memorial Stadium. Multiple ticket options exist. Game Time TBA. SOLD OUT
• A cappella Concert: Join the university's A Cappella group as they entertain parents and students on the quad at Foellinger Auditorium. Concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
• Hockey Game vs. Rutgers: Cheer on the Illini Hockey Team for another game at the Ice Arena. Game starts at 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, November 2

• 5K Race: Run, walk, or jog with your student in the beautiful South Arboretum. Race begins at 9:00 a.m.
• Brunch: Don't say goodbye to your student on an empty stomach. Limited brunch tickets for this event held at the Alice Campbell Alumni Center sell out quickly. Food service begins at 10 a.m.
